Called me 5 minutes before my rental start time to tell me that there was no car available which left me without a car for the weekend. They then charged me a £40 no show charge which was eventually refunded weeks later after several customer service calls.

Absolutely terrible worst rental experience I have ever had,do not use!! hired car from Manchester to drop off at Prestwick airport, got the car at Manchester and wrote on the damage sheet there was a large key cut up the passenger side of the car. Arrived in Prestwick and parked the car up and left the keys where we bad been Instructed as the customer service desk was now shut. Two days later I get an Invoice through the door with a repair attached for the key cut they took £600 out of my account without waiting for the paper work to come through from manchester. I phoned up immediately and told they needed to open an Investigation which would take 2 weeks, 3 weeks later I was eventually refunded the repair bill.
