We hired a van at short notice from the Eastleigh branch of Enterprise. Very impressed with their ability to procure us a van at short notice, despite heavy demand that day. Rebecca and Sophie and Fynn were extremely courteous, approachable and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend this branch because of the quality of customer service we encountered here. Awful! gave my daughter a hire vehicle with a chipped windscreen when we had weather warnings and the chip turned into a massive crack, they had no replacement vehicle, she lost a days pay as she couldn’t get to work. We weren’t comfortable with her driving the car to put petrol in and now they want £70 for petrol when it would only cost £44 at a local garage, we have queried this with them and they have not agreed for us to pay the current local fuel cost nor are to they taking responsibility for not having a replacement vehicle,  extremely disappointed under the circumstances!

I have had a good experience before but today has been a very bad customer experience relating to this company I booked a car online showing as available. I was sent a text to call the Eastleigh office rather the ring me direct so I then had to take time getting through to find out why I was being contacted I was then told the car I booked was not available, that this happens all the time and that they were sorry but I would not get my money back for 3-5 days I think this is a very bad level of customer service and experience They then advised me to try Arnold Clark in Totton, Southampton  who offered a really good service and a cheaper car !! £100 vs £134 My advice is therefore to follow the advice of enterprise and use Arnold Clark

Excellent service with professional, friendly staff. We needed a courtesy car after our own car had been damaged when someone reversed into it and your team made such an effort to do everything they could to make it smooth for us. Simple and easy process, thank you very much.

Awful. Claimed I had put a gouge in a tyre. It was the size of a small finger nail I was handed the car at night by torchlight. They took k £150 from my account when I said not to. It was all I had in my account. Rude, unhelpful, unwilling to compromise. Never never never use this company. Its amateur hour.

I mean it a car hire place . Very polite and a decent range of cars. I found their automatic vehicles reasonably well priced in comparison with other sites including ones that apparently specialist in automatics! Even got a refund on the hour I didn't use : which was unexpected but very welcome

Avoid them if you can. We had a hire car through our insurance company, 12 hours after we had the car I noticed there was a cigarette burn on the car seat so tried to contact them immediately and make them aware. They tried to put the blame on us although we are non smokers? Anyway as they have a bad reputation we returned the car after 3 days  we should of had it for 7  now we have received an £130 bill saying we hit a curb. Me and my wife were both in the car anytime it was used And there is no way we wouldn’t notice it. They did the same thing with 2 other family friends in the last 2 years. My advice is film the whole car on collection as the staff didn’t even look closely to the wheels when releasing it. Last time for us.

Very efficient, excellent cleanliness during these Covid times. Friendly and happy member of staff that assisted both the check-in and checkout process. This member of staff was called Lois. I think I’d like to go back and see her

Rented nice newish tidy van today. When came back Sam did walk round and spotted damage to wing mirror. I knew hadn’t done it so Sam said he would check van history on their computer. Having been fleeced before by another company I was dreading being fleeced again but Sam came back saying ‘no worries that’s on computer already’   100% honesty. Love it. Well done enterprise and Sam in particular.

With out date the most unhelpful people and manager I've ever come across.  I've used Enterprise on a regular basis from various araes for business.  The manager is an absolute joke and has seriously jeopardise various contract for future work.
