Everyone at Brighton is always extremely professional,knowledgable and helpfull. I have complete confidence that I will get what I ordered and if there are any problems they will do whatever needs to be done to sort it out. I think Brighton is run very well and I like the enthusiasm of everyone who works there. They seem to really like their jobs.

The staff were helpful, efficient, and friendly; and, though the options on insurance were at first glance rather confusing, they patiently explained and allowed us time to choose. Faultless service. The collection and drop off service is a big plus.

Come and collected me from my house, supplied me with a brand new car without a fuss. Called me when my insurance had paid out and told me when to return the car and then after I returned the car gave me a lift home. The best experience I've ever had renting a car! Thanks guys. 😁
