Hired a van from Enterprise in Bromsgrove on two occasions to help with moving house. Both times Elliott helped me check out and and back in and was extremely efficient. The vans were perfect for the job and the process in the office was smooth. Would highly recommend Elliott and his team.
Car arrived on time with half a tank and no paperwork to sign. Returned/collected with just over half a tank, but I was penalised saying it came with a full tank and I was charged. I must admit I wasn’t happy by being charged for that and I did ,unfortunately swear, now meaning I’m blacklisted ‍
Great experience and friendly and helpful staff. Picked me up to collect and dropped me off after return. Would book again as pri e was also good.
The service I received was good, but I left my umbrella in the hire car, they put it aside for me, but when I picked it up the carry bag for it was missing and the umbrella was opened up, so it seemed that they had been using it. Gave it me back with no explanation on why the carry case was missing and no apology. Shocking!
I was supposed to receive a hire car via insurance company Booked in over a week prior. Never came, contacted them three times, don't return calls .Left without a car for over a week. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Use somewhere else

Great customer service from start to finish. Farheen and Josh were excellent and they made my moving day that little less stressful. Courtesy upgrade when my van wasn’t available and another nice employee took the time and showed me all the controls before I left. Polite over the phone, answer all your questions with patience and very friendly and professional in person. 10/10 service, the bromsgrove team are a credit to the enterprise group - because of that I will only go back to bromsgrove should I ever need another hire.
