I enquired about a used car and spoke to Fadi, Product Consultant & Motability Specialist, who was amazing because, not only did he have a professional and polite telephone manner, but was knowledgeable about the car, and got further information from the service department to verify its service history and other minor things that were of interest to me all of which were quickly sent to me. This showed initiative, speed and a genuine positive approach to potential customers. Not everyone I have spoken to when ringing around for more information on used cars has been this good. Thanks, Fadi! I shall definitely sing your praises to anyone interested in buying a second hand car.

Put my Citroen C5 into Arnold Clark, Kilmarnock for repair.  Absolutely delighted with the service we received from the receptionist can’t remember her name, sorry to Shawn the service manager.  He was so professional, helpful and courteous and kept us in the loop at all times.nnAfter a visit to Arnold Clark, South Street the difference in customer service was a pleasant change.  Will not be returning to South Street in the future.
