Nice friendly place to work out, helpful staff and not too busy, meaning you can work out uninterupted, facility's are standard with interactive cardio machines (tredmill, cross trainers,bikes ect) along with weight and resistance machines, free weights lifting rigs and benches. classes and PT instructors are available. Changing rooms are a little basic but do fine. (Showers are open with privacy screens ether side) (lockers are secure with pound coin lock) over all good place and price options for peak off peak contract and non contract.

Not enough machines when busy website misleading and they give i offers to sign up but if you don't make money available the direct debit company charge you and add free for you missing s payment even tho you have been told ( if you pay £10 today you having to pay till September that was in June and they have tried collecting 3 payments and we only went twice because of the lack of choice or availability when we went we use to use the council gyms but thought this would be more convenient but we were obvious wrong
