Equipment, community, staff and location are all unbelievable. Best gym I've ever been to. Any abilities / fitness levels are catered for and welcomed by all.

Great place to train, very well equipped with talented and knowledgeable coaches on hand to help anytime. I have been a member for a year and a half now and love it. Even through lockdown they have offered great support and held zoom classes daily. The coaches have been super helpful posting workouts etc. Cant wait to be back here soon!
Amazing facility, everything you could possibly need, from crossfit , bootcamp, gym equipment, nutritional advise, programming. AMAZING coaches, Who explain everything so well and with patience for the likes of myself new to crossfit... Couldn't recommend this place enough!!!!
Am amazing gym as well as Crossfit arena, the staff are impeccable in there knowledge and motivation, the gym equipment is best I have seen or used anywhere in north east and the owners have genuinely created something special here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
This place is just amazing, great community of like minded people, so welcoming to newbies like myself. The training and facilities are fantastic. Since I’m now the poster boy, I can update this review to say it’s still an awesome place to train.
Loads of equipment. I use this with a trainer, I’m not a member. I use it 8 times a month. Some days it’s busy with boot camp training, there’s plenty of space & equipment to do your own thing. Shower area is small but adequate, little bit humid with the wooden walls in the changing area. Parking is difficult. You have to use the parking at the top of the hill sharing with the hotel. Only gripe is that it could be a bit cleaner in places, I understand to vibe they are going for, I can’t see why their staff don’t have a cleaning rota . Never see anyone cleaning the machines or anything!
