I visited the clinic last week for a deep cleanse facial and milia removal. The milia was rather large and had unfortunately become irritated, inflamed and sore. Angela was fantastic and I couldn't believe how quickly she removed it. She made sure there was as little discomfort as possible, and talked me through everything she was doing. My skin felt wonderful after the facial also!  I really appreciated Angela giving me advice prior to my appointment, and checking up on how my skin was healing after.  Great personable service that I fully recommend.

Angela took the time to understand my skin and what facials / treatments would work well. Over time and steady treatments and wonderful conversation! Angela has improved my acne scarring dramatically. It’s important to have someone who cares and understands what you need! Everyone’s skin is different. Would highly recommend.

Angela is a fantastic practitioner and a lovely person. I've had many successful facials and treatments with her over the past few years. I trust her advice completely. She's never pushed any treatments or products, but is always open to suggesting new solutions.

The best facial in London! I cannot rate this place highly enough- Angela is an amazing therapist; the rooms are spotless and quiet yet close to Edgware Road tube. My mum told me I looked 5 years younger after my treatment - and I felt amazing too!

I recently visited the clinic for millia removal and a deep cleanse facial. Angela did a fantastic job on some very tricky millia and the facial was brilliant. I had dry, red and flaky skin thanks to the joys of winter weather after this facial it has completely disappeared and my skin has been glowing.

I went there for slimming treatments on monday and yesterday. Monday i had a massage which was very good. Yesterday i had a body wrap. although i told the therapist not to wrap me too tight. i came home last night to find a bruise on my arm.  I had gone there to prep myself for my wedding and now i have a bruise on my arm.  I had told them that i bruised easily so they haven't bother to inform the second therapist who did my wrap or she forgot. both are quite unprofessional from a business which is a CLINIC.  Rea

I was very disappointed in the facial I had. I was left in a room alone for about 15 minutes with a steamer on my face - a good therapist stays in the room with you.  The therapist was up and down, and out of the room throughout the entire hour.  Towards the end, I was told to get up, pick up my things, and move to another room, as she was running late and needed to prepare for the next client.  I moved rooms and was there on my own for a few minutes, then she came in and finished my treatment.  I was rushed in, rushed through, and rushed out - and charged £90 for it.  I passed on feedback and nothing was done about it - so I will not return.  Expensive and unprofessional.

I had a treatment done recently by Angela, and I am super happy about the results. Customers service was top notch. The treatment has was done very quickly and efficiently using a laser. Definitely will be back.
