I love this place, everyone is friendly, discreet and extremely professional. Joanna is a wonderful practitioner with an expert, deft and accurate touch. I was really confident in her hands having been nervous about my treatment and she was super patient answering every question I had with confidence and expertise. I left feeling very happy with my treatment and aftercare.

Very impressed, professional, kind and importantly, no hard sell. Indeed, they will not do a procedure if they dont think it’s appropriate. Reception staff were also very impressive, responding quickly to every question. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Fabsolutely fabulous experience I had at Medicetics with Joanna. As soon as I step into the clinic she made me feel at ease. I booked in for Laser Genesis and Excel V Laser. After just one session I could see a slight difference on my broken capillaries and my redness on the cheeks. Joanna she is a great practitioner. She took her time to explain the procedure and she put together an amazing regime to follow. Thank you Joanna and the team. I strongly recommend Joanna and Medicetics.
