I went to Diane and Elizabeth initially for right shoulder pain that improved quickly. Then, I was rear ended in a car accident and sustained a concussion. Diane and Elizabeth provided such compassionate, supportive and effective care. Their care and treatment plans, in combination with my family doctor, set me up for success. After I was able to manage home life with little to no concussion symptoms, I gradually returned to work and was able to adjust back to my full time rotating shift work schedule. I cannot recommend them enough!

Caitlyn Page is amazing!  She has helped me immensely with my lower back pain on both sides, sciatica and hip pain. She listens  intently to what your problems are and then explains what her path forward will be and explains what she will be doing for the steps and the treatment. She very pleasant, easy to deal, very professional and  has a way to make you feel relaxed even from the very first appointment. After only 4 appointments, my back and hip is 80 percent better and my pain is more like 2 out of 10 now! Thank you Caitlyn!

Came into the clinic to see Sarah for lower body chronic pain. She is super efficient with treatment, while also taking time to ensure the upmost comfort and care during your appointment, she is so kind and extremely knowledgeable while explaining treatment. Overall, the treatments I have received from Sarah have majorly improved my pain and I will definitely keep coming back!

I saw Sarah for hip mobility. After 3 treatments she was able to provide release and relief to my chronic hip pain and stiffness. Highly recommend osteopathy and Sarah!

All the staff are fabulous and make you feel so welcome. Diane has been wonderful for my physio treatments and a wonderful advocate for good health care. Sarah is just lovely and I cannot wait to see her more for osteo treatments. So happy I found Optimal.

I went to see Sarah for my knee because I've had ongoing troubles with it from a previous injury/surgery. I'm always hesitant to have practitioners work on my knee because it can be so painful, but Sarah was incredibly gentle and took extra precautions to make sure I was comfortable. Sarah was friendly and provided excellent care. She went above and beyond and her osteopathic treatments have made such a big difference for me. I can't recommend Sarah or Optimal Physiotherapy enough!

I came to Sarah at Optimal for osteopathic care and was thoroughly impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly she was. Sarah knows her stuff and made me feel comfortable! I will definitely be returning for treatments. Optimal is the place to go for osteopathic care!

I've attended multiple phsio clincs including Fowler Kenndy at UWO following a shoulder separation, but Optimal Physiotherapy tops them all. From reception staff to the clincal team, everyone is incredible and ready to help you get better. The in house support and proper at home treatment plans have proved exceptional. I do recommend them for any physio needs, including massage or chiropractor treatment.

I visited Sarah D last week, as I have had some very bad neck/back pain from previous sports injuries. I received Osteo care from Sarah and I have not felt this good in YEARS. Not only was she super professional and efficient, she was super kind and welcoming. I would strongly recommend going to Sarah for any kind of Osteopathic care. I will be booking in with her weekly.

I highly recommend this place for osteopathic care! The team is so knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. Everyone should definitely give osteopathy a try if you haven’t yet.  Sarah is so nice and does an amazing job
