I had a massage here recently and it was exceptional! PK was my masseuse, very aware of my tension spots and dealt with them well! He was kind and excellent at what he does! The service was good, I booked a few hours before and was accommodated. The place was clean, well kept and decor was minimalist. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The price was not expensive and quality was great! Highly recommend and will definitely be returning
Thai massages by trained thai massage therapists, the best practice I have found in London I've tried more than 20 places in 5 years. Clean, friendly, and amazing massages that are based on your body needs rather than following a protocol. Sky is my favourite, she mixes dry/oiled and hands/elbows/knee/hot stones - I recommend this place 300%!
Exceptional service and massage from PK the male masseuse! PK is evidently highly experienced and it is clear he genuinely enjoys being a masseuse and helping people. So talented, I cannot recommend him enough. I really do hope he is appreciated and looked after as he is an asset to the company.
This massage is very recommend. Staff was very courteous and friendly service, the therapist was great massage techniques. He is very professional. I think my therapist was named PK, very helpful gave me good advice about different massage. Comfortable and nice environment. Must-go massage shop.
I booked on Treatwell where it said they had appointments at this salon. After paying the salon told me they could not provide the treatment and tried to persuade me to have a different treatment which I didn’t want. I have still not received either my treatment or a refund and Thai London Therapy are not helping me.
To me this is the place where you can get a proper massage in London. I have tried many venues, including famous and expensive ones but nothing compares!!
Best massage I ever had. I am big guy and I consider myself not easy to handle. Male masseur Pekay? hit on spot all the time. They take my last minute booking. Professional, great service and I would definitely come back again!
Had a deep tissue with a hot stone massage here, was really good. Staff are very friendly. Place was easy to find, not far from Baker Street.
If I could give minus stars then I would have. I booked an appointment for a Saturday. Made plans to go to London for a massage. I was on the train when I got a call to say that they didn’t have female therapists available for the time I had requested. Which meant my trip to London was a waste and they only told me this an hour before my appointment. I then rebooked my appointment but because I didn’t have plans to go to London again, I called to cancel and ask for my deposit back, I made sure I had given them more than 4 days notice. However, even though they promised, I never got my deposit refunded. 100% would not recommend them. Better to book anywhere else.
Me and my partner booked a couples deep tissue massage today. All i can say we both felt like jelly and we have not felt like this since our last holiday to Thailand. The receptionist did not get the name Was super friendly and explained what would happen, room was ready, was a bit hot but they had the air con on. I had ANNE as my therapist and SKYE for my partners. it was MIND BLOWING I LITERALLY ENJOYED EVERY ASPECT of my massage, the combination of thai and deep tissue was spot on. I didnt even need to tell her about my pain areas as she hit all the spots. My partner echos all of my comments. WE WILL BE BACK!! compared to the other place we go, we found this place better than thai kosai in algate.
