Great venue! Easy access to stands. Professional staff and security. WORLD ATHLETICS INDOOR CHAMPIONSHIPS GLASGOW 24 took place here.
Great facility, such a beautiful to behold
It has great facilities. The cafe is very good both food and staff wise. Don't miss a chance to have any of their cakes scones etc. All made on premises.

The world athletics indoor championship was a great success with an electrifying atmosphere.
Went here for the first time with a friend. Really enjoyed it. Staff were friendly, plenty of vending machines, food stands etc. It is incredibly hot in there, dress appropriately - like a day at the beach. Easy to get seated although scary to move along when others are in their seats as there are no rails.
Came to the Chris Hoy Velodrome to attempt Level 1 and Level 2 certification. The coaches here did a great job of instruction and technique training. Highly recommended! Or just to hear a coach say "drive, drive, drive!"
Great time spent on my first ever tennis match! Admission was smooth, scanning ticket and bag check, stewards were very friendly and at every point where people could ask for help. Vendors had food drinks, there were vending machines as well, toilets were clean and stocked. Car park nearby was attended by stewards as well, directing drivers. First time in the arena itself, had a good impression and would definitily like to come back for further sports event! Easy to get to by Frist buses nr 2, 61, 240, a quick walk from Celtic Park / stadium.
There for the cycling at the velodrome. Well organised. Not so convenient if walking impaired due to traffic restrictions. A 10-15 minutes walk from Bridgeton station. Bit of a drawback that the morning session finished at the same time as the Celtic match!
