Story

Arc: Health & Fitness, ideally located in the GCU campus in the city centre close to Buchanan bus Station, Subway links & Glasgow Queen Street. The facility includes a gym area with cardio machines, fixed weights, free weights and matted areas as well as 3 hall/studio areas for fitness classes and sports. Classes can be booked via telephone on the day of the class or for weekend classes after 4pm on Friday evenings. Last entry to the building is one hour before closing each day.

The folks there are currently dealing with the covid so I would write about that. Staff were nice, kept everyone away from each other to avoid any interaction with anyone else going for the test. Entrance is on the main street across from the Bus Station.
I went here to watch my wife play a roller derby game. The place looks to have reasonable facilities plus the hall that the match was played in. The staff i encountered were pretty friendly too. Downsides? No dedicated parking and zero baby changing facilities in the building, I had to change my son on a chair in the disabled toilets
Nice place for covid test!!! For other stuff, I have no idea.
Great place in a Central location. Close to train and bus services plus there's plenty of parking nearby which is free on Sundays. Love the Sunday morning roller skating/rollerblading sessions there from 10:30-13:00. Suitable for all levels and instruction and skate hire available too.

Very well organised
An absolute fortune for room hire and charging the uni's sports club too much. They don't have enough money as it is and they're expected to pay a lot for something that should be given to student sport at a fair and reasonable price.
Staff could be a bit more helpful.
Great location for a gym and good equipments. Training with personal trainer Mark Jamieson is brilliant. Grab him if you get his availability
Staff are always helpful & membership prices are first class.
