I had Ellis & Co for several years as estate agent to let my flat and their work was excellent. Recently, I sold this flat through them. They found the buyer in 10 days at the price they recommended. In both experiences, as landlord and vendor, I had to face difficulties, but all agents were extremely helpful to sort out problems at different stages. It is in these situations when things come out from routine that you understand the importance of dealing with professional estate agents of high quality.
If you have to buy/sell or let/rent a flat or a house in London, I recommend to contact Ellis & Co., in my experience the best in the market.

We have known Ellis & Co in Mill Hill for more than 20 years;  we first bought a house through them back in 1995 and have just completed on our third property - in Mill - which we have bought through them.  They continue to provide an exceptional service  - definitely an estate agent that stands out from the crowd.

First of all apologies for the late response. During the last X (too many to mentions) amount of years I have bought, rented my property (thanks Joe) and now finally sold property via Mill Hill Ellis and Co. I would like to thank the whole team for their professional services and friendship. 
With regards to the recent sale of my parent’s family house I would like to thank Adam. Adam your professional approach and the manner you handled all aspects of the sale was outstanding. I was always kept informed and I appreciate the advice and how you went the extra mile to help see this sale through to completion.  I cannot thank you enough as you know it was a sad time for my family and your professionalism and help is greatly appreciated.
