Our experience with Benjamin Stevens as purchasers was as smooth as it could be. They were entirely professional but also managed to add a personal touch that was most pleasing. We dealt initially with Robert Murray and then with Jacob Deacon and were very well satisfied with the service they gave. Emails and telephone calls were answered promptly and queries were dealt with efficiently. Given the way they always presented the vendor's position to us so that we could take that into account with whatever we raised, I would imagine their vendors would be as delighted with the service as we were.

Can’t thank him enough for getting the deal over the line despite more hold ups further down the chain than Bonny and Clyde undertook! I have no hesitation in recommending Jacob and Benjamin Stevens.

I began the process in May 2023 by viewing a flat in London listed by 'Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents.' Although the flat wasn't in the best condition, I saw its potential and unfortunately made an offer that was accepted. However, the conveyancing process unnecessarily prolonged for months, largely due to the seller's solicitor. They were slow in obtaining the Management Pack and responding to inquiries. Despite my repeated requests for confirmation regarding the tenants vacating the flat on time, my requests were ignored for months. It later became clear that the tenants were council tenants with no intention of moving out. After enduring months of waiting, a court eviction letter finally arrived six months into the process, revealing that the tenants wouldn't vacate until mid-January 2024, if at all. Concurrently selling a flat myself, I opted to withdraw my application to avoid losing my buyers. Consequently, I made an offer for a different flat. Regrettably, I suffered substantial financial losses amounting to several thousand pounds. Had I known beforehand about the flat being occupied by council tenants, I wouldn't have made an offer. Following my formal withdrawal, I noticed that the flat's advertisement was re-published without updates, despite a £1,000 increase in the annual service charge since its initial publication in early 2023, an error not corrected in the advertisement. Considering the real estate agent's poor communication and transparency issues from the start and throughout the process regarding the tenant situation, I cannot envision utilising their services again.
I have been very happy as to how Benjamin Stevens has been supporting our block of flats. Hiral has been especially helpful in ensuring that large projects have been completed and she is continuing to help us with upgrading the block Thank you Rachel
Nathan has been great at making sure difficult situations with our buyer were sorted out, even when they seemed insurmountable. He has been responsive to calls and messages, and has been instrumental in making sure we got to completion.
Would highly recommend working with Jacob at Benjamin Stevens who dealt with the sales progression for our purchase. Kept us in the loop throughout a very very tough and long chain.

We just bought our first home via Benjamin Stevens and I cannot recommend them enough! Nathan was brilliant from day one. Very clear and efficient communication throughout the process, regular catch ups, viewings accommodated whenever we requested even during a festive season and overall great customer service from his side.
