I am extremely grateful for an exceptional service and professionalism I received from Bairstow Eves Edgware Estate Agents/ Anthony Cooper.  
The service provided by Bairstow Eves was excellent. Anthony and the team are genuinely amazing. They helped make the process of moving for me as easy and stress free as possible. 
Anthony Cooper went above and beyond of what you would expect from your usual every day estate agent. All the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. Moving is aways a stressful process but I was constantly supported and reassured by Anthony and the team, following up with me and updating me all the time, and made the whole thing very straightforward.
The service I received has been truly outstanding and I would not hesitate to recommend Anthony and Edgware Bairstow Eves brunch to other people looking to move. 
Anthony has been more like a friend helping with the move, attentive and caring. Throughout the letting process, from viewings, paperwork to replacing appliances, it was smooth and fast. Anthony and the team were always responsive, consistent and informative.

Outstanding experience with Bairstow eves in Edgware after change of management. 
A special thanks to Sara Nejad (Sales and Lettings Negotiator) and Zoe Prevost (Lettings Manager) for their exceptional support and service in letting my property. My property was on the market for about 1 month, there was no sign that it was going to be let out soon, however, after change in lettings management, Sara and Zoe found a suitable tenant literally within days. They made sure the lettings process moved along swiftly and that I was updated regularly. Considering that prior to change of management I literally needed to call the previous lettings manager on daily basis to receive an update.
Sara and Zoe, your exceptional service and support is highly appreciated. I recommend anyone who has a property to let it out through Sara and Zoe.

I had a pleasant experience at this branch of Bairstow Eves. Moving house is one of the most stressful experiences one can go through and having an agency that facilitates all procedures to your ease was refreshing. I want to express my appreciation for Sara Nejad who very kindly looked over the process from the viewing to the finalisation of  the letting agreement. Lovely team, I highly recommend their services.

Professional yet very friendly. The staff at Edgware -Anthony and Anna have been supportive as they are always there to help. It gets busy in that office yet the manager Anthony deals with everything very nicely. Anna puts herself in your position and tries to understand your concerns as a tenant. I don't have complaints and I hope my rent term is amazing and memorable.
