It was a great buying experience with Joseph Scott and it was all very well facilitated by Nick P. Couldn't be happier with Joseph Scott. Had plenty of bad experiences with estate agents so was dreading selling my house but thanks to their hard work it really was a breeze!  Lincoln spelled everything out in clear terms and made a compelling case that made me choose them - it's safe to say I wasn't disappointed!  Nick was professional, friendly and persistent throughout the whole process. I couldn't believe how quickly he was able to get my asking price met and he communicated exceptionally well - liaising with all parties to ensure that the sale got over the line in a timely manner. He provided reams of information and observations, and helpful and honest comments regarding the state of the local market, as well as work of the agency. The agency together with the landlord they provide for us all the house utility and very good quality. The agency together with landlord they understand all the time when we had issues with gas and they change the boiler for us, and now no more issues, they really take care of our safety.
