Very poor customer service and not friendly at all. We made a simple enquiry to find out more about a property and was treated by very rude staff. After looking ABC up on Google, we can see now that they are not a good company to deal with. Don’t bother with these people. They are rude and it seems they make it a habit based on what we have read online. Just as well. At least we were able to find a better company who we are happy to deal with. Your loss ABC.

Horrible people, do not use! I brought this company forward to the FTT to be appointed new building manager. Their tone changed immediately after the appointment. Decided to maximise on the 2 years contract they had and arranged for an unnecessary large refurbishment, increasing my service charge from £350 to £25,000!!! They described our efforts to find a compromise as "fruitless discussion". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ***Let's see if they have the courage to say they do not have a client under my name, like they have done with the other reviewers. I am prepared to publish evidence!***

Called 2 times, Visited once aswell for apartment. I was assured to recieved a callback. No one ever called me for apartment, though I called after some research for apartment but then also no response from their side. Not helpful to me. Disappointed

On 17 December 2019 I posted here under the pseudonym Hazel Marks a critical review that was false. In fact I am Daniel Frankel-Pollen. In the review I wrote: ‘Awful experience from these guys they refuse to call me back and when we did speak they just fobbed me off as a housing benefit tenant when I am not. I have been a tenant for over 4 years.. they are liars and thiefs do not go near them with a barge pole let alone rent through them or give them your property. STAY AWAY FROM ABC’ None of these allegations were true. I posted the review as a result of certain on-going issues in my personal life. However, this doesn’t excuse my behaviour.I have since apologised to Richard, Hannah and Tamara Davidoff of ABC for what I posted, I have removed the review from Google and I am happy to make clear that there was no truth in any of the criticisms of the Davidoffs and their business that I posted on Google. I have agreed to pay a substantial sum in compensation to the Davidoffs and ABC and their legal costs. I have also undertaken not to repeat any of the criticisms I made in the review. I am pleased to say that the Davidoffs and ABC have accepted this as drawing a final line under this matter

We used ABC in Edgware to sell our property.  Stuart Lesser was  fantastic.  We had a bit of a tricky route to exchange and Stuart went far above and beyond the call of duty in ensuring all other parties, solicitors and agents were kept on their toes and got to the point of exchange.  He even sent us emails late each night for update so that he could work on things for us first thing in the morning.  He was also great at selling our place.  He worked tirelessly to get good quality buyers and had a perfect buyer within a week.  We'd highly, highly recommend.

I recently had some issues with my service charges account. I called and spoke to Jeet who was superb in the way he dealt with the issue. I found him to be extremely professional in the way he listened to the issue, made a proposal for an instalment program and how we managed to come to a conclusion. Jeet’s approach to customer care is excellent and I would highly recommend ABC Estates if this is how all accounts clerks support their customers.

Richard Davidoff, the director of ABC is refusing to allow the owners of Chandos Parade Edwarge, to come together and remove ABC as the managing agent of the flats. Richard is both an owner of one of the flats and Director of ABC conflict of interest. We are paying over £2500 a year in service charges. On top of that, ABC is extremely arrogant, spending more time justifying their costs versus seeking to reduce them.  Take our advice and stay far away from this crooked, old school and backwards business.
