Used them 3 times already! Worst service ever! They were always late 15-20mins late! Same lame excuse that the previous customer was late! They need to sort their bookings otherwise they're causing inconvenience to customers. If you like "waiting games" then this taxi is definitely the right one! Not gonna use this taxi company anymore! Elite sooooo elate!

I’ve used Elite cars many times and they’ve never let me down. Always punctual, nice cars and friendly drivers.

Booked a people carrier but we were left stranded when no one turned up despite several calls that just went through to an answerphone. Waited for over an hour then phoned a different taxi firm who arrived promptly.

Not reliable, my husband had to wait over an hour after a 12 hour flight. Unlikely to book Elite again.
