Just called them now, horrible phone service. I’ve had plenty taxis from this company that charged £18-£20 for a journey, and even a taxi driver who dropped me off, quoted that it should always be £18... yet when I called this morning, the man on the line appeared rude and tried to charge £20+. When I mentioned previous journeys I was told to “find another company” and hung up on, awful customer service, and if they were to just advance on this aspect, they’d be a good, wholesome company. Unfortunate. Leaves me unsure whether to ever recommend.

Taxi driver on time and polite. Car clean and tidy. But the driver drive 20 mph over the speed limit on our journey from Amersham to Hazlemere tonight (on a road that is notorious for car accidents) and overtook when not supposed to on very icy roads. We had two small children in the car with us. I felt unsafe and I’m cross that my family was put at risk.

Ordered a cab, got told 5-10 minutes. 20 minutes later, called asking about the cab, phone operator hung up and then they did not pick up the phone when trying to call back again. Used this lot plenty, not nor more .

Very reliable. Used them for years. Particularly for Airport drops and pick ups.  All drivers helpful and friendly.  Cars clean.
