Really great company. Gilbert’s have been wonderful with my elderly mother enabling her to get safely to all her hospital appointments. Considerate and patient drivers who always make sure my mum gets to the right place on time. There are quite a few cab companies nearer to her in Aston Clinton but I’ll only use Gilbert’s for my peace of mind. Keep up the great work and thank you!
These guys saved our bacon yesterday! We had a taxi booked for getting to a wedding with a different company and they didn't turn up. Rang Gilbert's and they got a driver to us within 10 minutes and we booked a return for midnight too. The both drivers were very friendly and bang on time. Great price too. Would Definitely recommend!

We were picked up perfectly on time to go to Luton Airport in an Tesla no less, so environmental friendly transport, so take that Protesters! And these protesters blocked the road, so rather than except we may miss the flight, he constantly checked the Satnav and amazingly he found a way to get there on time, thank you so much for keeping us entertained and Gilbert’s Taxi saved the day and provided an excellent customer service experience, thank you so much! Picked me up at midnight when I got stuck with the most recent train strikes. Driver was friendly and drove sensibly. Always within the speed limit. Took about 10 minutes to arrive. Price was relatively high but nothing out of the ordinary.
The team at Gilberts were amazing as always. Stuck at Stanstead airport and they had a driver with me in less than an hour, great service from a company that cares about its customers. thanks again Gilberts

Absolute rip off taxi firm - aggressive office manager and charges way over the odds for local and airport runs. They done deserve the business - avoid!
Driver Yasir was very presentable turned up in a lovely exectutive volvo will definently be asking for him next time.
