I used three different drivers on one day as my car was in the garage. All three were very polite and friendly and were very nice to talk to. They were all on time and the service was great value for money. I would definitely use them again and recommend!

expected the A1 Taxi Line Chesham drivers to know their way around the town as they advertise themselves as local cab company. On the two occasions we used them the drivers seemed to be clueless about the area surrounding Chesham. On the first occasion our driver missed the right turn and ended up taking us further ahead but firmly refused to drop the price despite my repeated requests. Their excuse was that the driver has come from far (not locally as advertised!) and that we are to compensate for that!!! On the way back we were promised a cab in 25 minutes but were kept waiting for an hour. Drivers seemed stressed, confused and had trouble retraining information relating to the destination. Pretty sure that they write their own reviews to boost the dodgy reputation as the service was as bad as it can get. Disgusting!

A tiny bit more expensive than all these apps but a quick helpful service withal nice driver.

Made me 20 mins late for work, didn't listen to what time I said on the phone. Not very happy at all
