I have recently purchased an illusion spa from Elite Spas Dorset, I would highly recommend these guys if you are considering purchasing a spa. They have been nothing but helpful right from purchase to installation. 

And i also have no doubt that if a problem occurred with my spa that they would go out of their way to make sure that my spa was up and running again  in no time. 

(However i am positive that I will never have  a problem)

Everyone was so helpful.  The spa is amazing and is used nearly every day.  Very popular with my daughters and their friends and also me when they are not in it!  Elite Spas Dorset were so helpful and have carried on being helpful since I had the spa installed in September.  Very highly recommended, don't use any other company!
