Elite Physique is south Manchester’s no1 transformation facility. We run transformation camps, Bikini programmes and Lean and Strong camps.

Story

We are a goal specific gym in Manchester designed primarily to aid you in your fitness goals using unconventional training techniques such as kettle bells, TRX, tyres, sleds, battling ropes and much more.

Elite performance gym in Manchester provides you with an environment where you can excel and achieve results like never before.

Here at Elite Performance we believe we are a unique gym in Manchester offering a special high quality service through reps level 3 accredited personal trainers. Our team is dedicated in providing you with the best service with you safe in the knowledge that you are in the most qualified company to attain your fitness results.

We offer both 1-2-1 personal training and group class.

I have lost 5 and a half stone in the last 12 months!! How have I done this...?? By joining the fantastic team at Elite Performance Gym in Stockport. From the minute I sent my first e-mail to Elite, the response & support of everyone there has been incredible. My own personal trainer, all of the other trainers & all of the clients have helped me achieve what I have, I would never have done this without all of their support. From beginning with personal training sessions only, then adding circuit classes and now learning to train myself it's been an incredible journey which will continue. In addition to the above Elite have helped me change my diet & food intake completely. This has played a massive part in my approach to training & my fitness levels. If there were a million stars available on this review then Elite would have them all. I would & have recommended Elite to anyone who wants to turn their life around, not only physically but mentally too. Elite is no ordinary gym, it's in a different class..the Elite class!! Come & join the team!

What a life changing experience! I am a full time working mum of 2 gorgeous children under 5 yrs old. Wanted to get fit and lose weight. Had little time, energy and motivation but decided to contact Elite Performance. I joined in April 15 and am amazed at the difference my personal training sessions have made to my body and mind. I feel so much more confident which has had a positive impact on my home and work life. My training sessions are designed to get the maximum effect from the little time that I've got. The eating plan is full of nutritient packed foods, I'm eating constantly and feel so full that I don't even want or need to snack. The personal trainers here are so motivational and their technical knowledge is astounding. Any questions I have are explained and actually make sense, You feel that they really know their business and therefore I trust them. Well done to all the Elite team and Thank You! Wang

Elite Performance Fitness is one of those rare places that makes fitness fun. I have been going to Elite for about 2.5 years and the support and motivation that is cultured there is absolutely phenomenal. I used to read stories about people making friends at gyms and think HOW?! But at Elite this is definitely the case. People have very different goals and reasons for going but it is all met with the same enthusiasm, expertise, fun and dedication. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elite to potential members! :)

I can't recommend this gym enough. No matter what your goals, weight, size or fitness levels, you won’t find a better gym than Elite. Nobody judges anybody at this gym, everyone supports each other. Nearly 2 years ago I went to my first Elite circuit class. At the time I was unhappy with my body and my self-confidence was on the floor. I was out of shape and unfit. I was quite nervous going to that first class, but the trainers and clients are all so friendly and welcoming – it’s been like my second home ever since! In the past, I've been a member at Total Fitness, Pure Gym, Virgin, and various leisure centre gyms, but I never saw any results or changes to my body until I started going to Elite. I used to pay for gym memberships then barely use them. I used to dread going to the gym, but now I look forward to it. I started off just doing the classes and from doing these alone I dropped a dress size and felt so much fitter. The classes are fantastic and you don’t even have to be a member to do these – anybody can go. I have been a member and personal training with Dave Holt for over a year now. Dave helps me with my diet and nutrition, and writes my training programmes tailored specifically to my abilities and what I can fit in around work and my lifestyle, so I know exactly what to do when I'm training on my own. He always keeps an eye on me and will always help if I need it - as will any of the trainers at Elite. If I have a slip up or lose focus, the guys here always help me get back on it. Since training with Dave at Elite I have never felt healthier, stronger, more confident and happier. I have completely changed my lifestyle and transformed my body shape. I now train nearly every day, and can’t imagine a lifestyle without regular exercise. I’m not yet at my goal size, but I know that I will get there with the guidance and support of everyone at Elite.

I’ve never been a natural gym attendee. I committed to Elite because I liked the vibe and trusted Anthony. Just as the novelty predictably began to wear off I began to see the results for myself…to my amazement! Don’t take my word for it, go judge the place for yourself. See if you think the staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Meet the “real” people happy to be there and enjoying the fun side of fitness not gym drudgery! Thank you Anthony and the Elite team :-)
