Fantastic gym with a lovely bunch of like minded regulars of all abilities just in there to work hard with no ego to improve their fitness. I’ve been going for a good few years and love the place. A great atmosphere for training whether your brand new to fitness or like me have been training for years. A mixture of fun cardio and resistance training sessions and even hip hop yoga for a good stretch out. Get involved

Great place to get fit amongst a group of inspiring people. Numerous session options throughout the week and no two days are ever the same.
A mix of ability and fitness level attend but all help each over out and through each session. You'll find yourself doing stuff you never imagined with the Sweat Shed gang all cheering you on and soon be consumed by Shed Life
