What a great place, great atmosphere, with great personal trainers, that all make you feel that you belong. It's old school, with all ages trying to make a difference to there lifestyle. Big shout out to Lloyd, Niki, jonny and Simon for making me feel welcome. I highly recommend unitfitness, so if you want to make that change, get in touch, it's the best decision I've made in years.
Truly amazing gym. Family atmosphere, amazing trainers, all levels welcome. No meat hards. Best gym I've ever been to. Different classes, boxfit, HIIT, circuits. Have been to many gyms but would never go to another. Love the unit
Friendly and simple gym with good facilities for lifters and those just wanting to get fitter alike. Would recommend as it also hosts White Collar and Krav Maga Stockport, not to mention personal Jiu Jitsu classes for a surprisingly low price. Good, friendly overall gym, with some martial art orientation.

Rose is an amazing PT, highly recommend her. Old school gym but full of every bit of equipment you will need for fitness!
Great place, team are full of advice to help you every step of your journey of fitness lots of classes & groups to suit everyone's needs new body change camp available with dietary advice, classes, group feedback and personal coach advice for each person gained new gym pals and learnt more about my body, lost weight and I feel and look better than I have in years well worth it.
Great to be back. A workout designed to help me get back to fitness I am happy with.
