As a Scoliosis sufferer with constant back pain, I decided to join Prime Fitness Clinic. In just 6 weeks after 5 sessions of treatment and at least 3 visits to the gum a week to do Pilates, Yoga and many other exercise classes, I now have no back pain and have lost 18cm around my tummy and 6cm around my thighs, great result all round. I highly recommend this gym, professionally run and a very enjoyable atmosphere, well done Eddie!
I called into Prime Fitness Clinic on a day when I'd had enough of the weakness in my body caused by stress, clinical depression, untreated whiplash injuries. I knew from the first massage therapy session that I had come to the right place. I've had weekly massage combined with targeted pilates stretches to practice daily. Each week I experience another step up the ladder to improved posture, flexibility and strength and my levels of pain in injured muscle continues to reduce. I am about to incorporate group training into my week and would encourage anybody who wants remarkable and safe rehabilitation from injury to see Eddie for a consultation. Eddie is professional and approachable and keeps track of your personal progress through feedback time. I feel I am no longer standing still.
After purchasing myself a groupon voucher I pull my back which resulted in a slipped disc and nerve damage. I'd attended physio over the last few months elsewhere which had helped a little but have been in constant pain for ~6mths. My voucher was due to so I took the plunge to see what Eddie could do. I must say after an intense massage session with Eddie the relief was immense, thanks so much Eddie, see you next week for my next phase, core strength building!
I started to go to Eddie at Prime Fitness following receipt of a groupon voucher gift. To date I have had 3 sports massages which have helped relieve a lot of tension from my back, neck and shoulders. Throughout each treatment Eddie ensures the pressure is appropriate and explains clearly what he is trying to achieve for you. I will be back.
The Pilate classes are focused on the individual with the reformer plates equipment. Along with the massage therapy has helped me strengthen my core reducing my leg pain. Eddie is always cheerful and focused on the group and individual, first class.
After breaking my collarbone in October last year, the operation left me with next to no feeling in my shoulder quite normal by all accounts. Ed got to work and after 4 sessions of quite painful deep tissue massage my shoulder is 95% better. Great job Ed thanks

The experience I've had at prime fitness has been excellent. I would highly recommend Eddie the trainer. He's done a grand job on my knee.
