Despite living over 200 miles distant from TCB, I could not have received a more professional, thorough and personal service from Steve when purchasing two e bikes. As stated, customer satisfaction and service really does matter to them. I had researched the bikes beforehand and consulted local dealerships with my requirements, but was extremely disappointed with their attitude causing me to look further afield. Fortunately, I made the right choice. As stated in the other reviews, Steve’s attention to detail, knowledge, caring attitude and pleasant manner was exceptional throughout the transaction, which included the personal delivery of two excellent condition “ready to ride” e bikes. I can not recommend TC Bikes highly enough. Visit them – you will not be sorry!

Top class service all the way from considering, choosing, ordering and buying of my bike from Steve to personal delivery by Charles. Steve and his team must be congratulated not only their first rate knowledge of their products, but their obvious enthusiasm for what they do. A real joy to speak to someone who can answer any questions succinctly and has a complete understanding of his field. Many thanks to Steve for his advice and Charles for his personal delivery service. I now look forward to many miles of carefree cycling in the certain knowledge that, should any unexpected problems arise,(which I'm sure they won't) Steve will be on hand with the remedy. I cannot recommend Take Charge Bikes of Woking (and Steve in particular) highly enough.

I have been very impressed by the amazingly good service I have received from Take Charge Bikes in Woking. The particular Gazelle ebike that I wanted was delivered on a special journey just for me, fully checked and ready to ride even though I live some 100 miles from the shop! Steve has been really helpful with any questions I have had. Nothing was too much trouble in making sure that I was completely happy with my purchase. The Gazelle C8 HMI is beautifully equipped and an absolute joy to ride. I had previously tried several other Gazelle dealers closer to where I live only to be told that none were obtainable in the UK.

I contacted Steve Mills at Take charge bikes regarding some spares that I wanted for my wisper e bike. He could not have been more helpful. I have ordered bits before and again fast and efficient service. I would recommend to anyone.
