We stumbled in from the busy market and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were quite busy, but we were served quite quickly. We tried the seafood platter, deep fried brie and a Bangers and Mash. All of the food was very generously portioned and to very good quality. The sausages are from the butchers two doors down so we had to get some for ourselves afterwards. Very nice place, well positioned near the high street and enjoyable good quality food. Will definitely return.

Delicious food and lovely staff. Sunday lunch menu in particular is amazing value. Couldn't recommend highly enough oxo

We were a party of 10 and on a busy night the service was excellent. Food on the whole good except for the sea bass fillet which for a main course was a very small portion. However, they did reduce the bill when we mentioned this at the end. Menu on the whole quite varied with an interesting Specials board. Would go again.

Was celebrating my Fathers birthday with my siblings. Had a wonderful meal with good wine. Fantastic menu with something for everyone. Good wholesome and satisfying food. Will be back soon.
