I tried my first Eat First meal last week and it was delicious. Finally found a ready to eat meal that actually felt healthy to eat seriously...highly recommend.

High quality food. Definitely better than most takeaways - and more convenient. Heat when you want.

Love their food! I've now made it my mission to work my way through the full menu, and so far every meal has been beautiful. All too often when you go out to a restaurant, at least one person has a disappointing meal, so it's the consistency that impresses me the most about EatFirst. There just aren't any poor choices!

Absolutely love this online restaurant! Healthy gourmet food only a few tabs away and you can choose your preferred delivery slot. Absolutely recommend their Salmon Teriyaki
