Polite staff, awesome beer garden, good range of lager. What more do you want?!
Just had a fab tea. Fish Friday cant beat it.
Top class local pub. Beer garden top notch. Live bands and food and drink too. Great atmosphere.
Popular pub. Packed most weekends Saturday and Sunday afternoons, lunch etc is popular. Nice outside seating area at the back.of the pub. Again lots locals in which is great. Staff pleasant and quick service. Solid dependable pub.
Now modernised with covered outdoor smoking areas, covered area with tv's, food moderate so can only give this 2 stars
Fabulous atmosphere and great host
Unfortunately, not a pleasant dining experience. Waited 45 minutes for our order. The cutlery was unsuitable. And could not offer apple sauce to go with a pork roast dinner. Although apple crumble was on the specials board! Disappointed overall.
Great pub after a long walk up Billinge Hill. Nice and Cosy. Great Service
Superb staff. Fab owners. We went in yesterday to watch the rugby and the manager put the big screen on for us upstairs as it was chocca downstairs. Was very kind of him. Thank you so much. Xx
Lovely pub with loads of outdoor space if weather permits and friendly, helpful staff. Food great and the chef will happily cater for vegans. Dog friendly if you have a pal to take.
