Great daytime classes. At last we have a manager Lee who actually listens & interacts with members -SO much better than previous manager, the staff also really friendly & helpful. The reason for only giving it 3stars is the online booking system is ABYSMAL-had to phone from Tenerife to book a class for my return as the online system wouldn't allow me to book! Arrived home tried booking on again wouldn't allow me.Finally went to the gym & they booked me on (whilst there someone on the phone was also making the same complaint) BUT one of the classes I wanted by then was full!!. Today tried again for next week-required class not showing!.This is not Traffords fault but the H.O.-they really need to address this ongoing problem--after all, it isn't a back street gym & the members pay enough money!!

Probably up there with one of the worst gyms in Manchester - poor hygiene in the changing room as well as a lot of equipment that is faulty - even resulting in injury. Best advice would be to pay a little extra and go to Total Fitness 👍🏼

Been a member now for a few weeks. Am very pleased. Yes there may be room for improvement in certain areas but where isn't? The staff are very friendly courtious and helpfull. I feel am getting very good value for money and the gym to me seems massive and very well equipped and hight tech and varied to cater for many and diffrent needs. The bring a friend on Friday I think is a great idea and there is the choice to go to other DW gyms for variety or when travelling. Did visit A.N.Other well know fitness centre across the road...very nice but 3 times the price! but doubt Id get 3 times the benefit.

Great gym and classes. I wish they had more afternoon and evening classes though as there's loads in the morning when everyone is working! So only people who don't work at normal times or retired people can go!

Place is falling apart. Was great 10 years ago but it's painfully obvious there's no money being put back in to the gym.
