I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the treatment I have consistently received when visiting David Lloyd Clubs other than my home club. Despite holding a Diamond Membership, I have repeatedly been given the worst towels when visiting other locations. This pattern of treatment persisted throughout my membership, regardless of my status as a Diamond Member, which I found both disrespectful and insulting.nnIt is my expectation that all members, regardless of their membership level or the club they are visiting, should be treated with the same level of respect and dignity. Unfortunately, my experiences have consistently contradicted this. When handed an inferior towel, I have often requested a better one, but this ongoing issue made Me not request for a better one today but left me with little choice but leave this review on feed back and post google review too.
David Lloyd’s: Record-Breaking Squat Day!nnDavid Lloyd’s gym has always been a favorite, but our recent squat day there was truly exceptional. My friend and I broke our personal records, thanks to the top-quality equipment and supportive atmosphere. The gym’s clean environment and well-maintained facilities provided the perfect setting for us to push our limits. If you’re serious about lifting and looking for a gym that supports your goals, David Lloyd’s is the place to be. Highly recommended for anyone aiming to break records and achieve new heights in their fitness journey!
Had such a brilliant experience here! I’ve been to many DL clubs over the years, but the club room here is truly top tier, and so are the staff. Rosie, in particular, was memorable when working on reception - extremely professional, helpful, and welcoming. Great experience, could not recommend more :-
Since joining this gym a year ago I have had nothing less than a 5 star experience every time I come. The facilities here are outstanding and the staff here tailor to all your needs. Especially Neve on reception. She provides great service with a smile week in week out!
This gym is fab!! Great gym, staff, clubroom, classes and more. Such a welcoming atmosphere when you walk into the club especially being greeted by Neve on reception this evening! She never fails to make my experience a great one
