Excellent gym and pool facilites and very good classes. The trainers and staff are friendly and helpful. The membership fees are expensive, but are worth it if you use the club frequently.

I've been coming here for over 15 years. In general, it's a decent place to come, not only to exercise but to socialise. The things i've found most annoying here, are caused mainly by inconsiderate customers....sweaty people who don't wipe down the equipment after use ( some of these people have colds etc too) , people who cut their toe nails in the changing rooms...and then leave. People who walk into the dry changing area from the showers/pool and leave wet puddles everywhere.  People who shave and leave taps running, and leave scum around the bowl afterwards. And the staff see this ....and do NOTHING. Not even a sign or 2 , or an email to try and stop these problems. If gym equipment breaks, it takes usually at least 2 weeks to get fixed. Also, the lack of communication is an issue. I don't like going through a central reception line, as often I have been cut off or promised a call back that never happens. Management need to speak to staff about these issues. Standards are dropping here.

The one in bolton is very disappointing however go to the one in trafford park brilliant experience. More play area for kids bigger pool for kids. I also  want to thank the lovely kind life guard named joe. He really was helpful my daughters experience fun and was warm and welcoming. Excellent people skills! Service with a smile.

Difficult to get to.
Nice staff.
Cafe nice. 
Cup of tea.  Very nice.
Getting some hot buttered toast difficult. 
Disappointing.
