Amazing, knowledgeable and helpful coaches. The members are very friendly and there's a real family atmosphere. Everyone works  incredibly hard but manages to have a laugh whilst doing so. Excellent, state of the art equipment and plenty of class times to choose from. The gym and bathroom facilities are always immaculately clean. Having tried a couple of other places first I would say Consilium is far and away the best Crossfit gym in Manchester.

Been going to Crossfit Consilium for almost 2 years now after my personal trainer relocated here. Was unsure at first due to a little bit more travel to get there. But after my first session and meeting John and all the members I knew I'd made the right decision! Never looked back. Inspiring, motivating, challenging but fun. An awesome and empowering place to be a part of. Very welcoming and inclusive. All levels of fitness are welcome and results are guaranteed if you put the hard work in. Get down to the Box now and change your life!

Been part of conventional gyms, different training methods and by different trainers and never have a come across such a fantastic way of training. Crossfit has taught me so much about my body and training but to top it off the coaching and facilities at consilium are second to none. Never ever train anywhere else and the people are great, it's literally life changing!!!

I started here at the back end of 2014 high on body fat, demotivated and nervous. 8 months later, I cannot believe the changes in my body and my motivation. Not only has my body fat lowered by over 8%, I've met amazing people, I'm now obsessed with crossfit and go 5-6 times per week, classes are never the same so I never get bored, the team work/help is amazing, coaches are great. Best thing I ever did, as cheesy as it sounds - its changed my life, body and mindset.

I was going to standard gym 5 days a week spending over an hour doing the regular cardio and weights etc. Since leaving and joining Crossfit Consilium, I'm fitter, leaner, more confident and have met some top people. This place has top quality facilities and coaches. I just wish I'd joined sooner

I'm one of those typical people that has always had a gym membership but rarely used it. Even when I did go, i'd just turn up, float around for a bit then do the same workouts time and time again. It was boring and getting me nowhere. I joined CrossFit Consilium in January after seeing the progress my brother had made in a short space of time. It's the best choice I made! I've never been fitter or so keen to get myself there seeing progress is addictive It's never boring as no session is the same. You get a full body workout and always leave looking like someone has poured a bucket of water over you. John and the other coaches are first class and there's an awesome atmosphere whichever session you turn up for and whatever age range you fall into. My only regret is not starting sooner. Get involved people!!
