Been a regular and loyal customer for just over 2 years always game them the benefit of the doubt even on 2 occasions my chicken still being raw and a few times my order has been wrong. Today I called through to order some food the phone wasn’t answered so I drove over to be told that the kitchen is being done up atm so they weren’t doing food. I suggested that they answer the phone then as I just wasted 20 minutes driving over and he said that he didn’t want to answer the phone for that reason! What a poor customer experience and I won’t ever go back I have spent hundreds of not thousands of pounds throughout the years!

I've eaten here in so many occasions... food fantastic great people with excellent knowledge of healthy food and fitness.. luke Sinclair you clearly got confused!! And went to the greasy spoon butty van down the road.. such harsh words to use on a brand new business.. that offer a wide selection of health and fitness foods... think your more suited at McDonald's or even a trailer butty van.. clearly no knowledge of food and just complete ignorance.. I be returning to the health and fitness kitchen for more excellent food... keep up the good work guys see you soon...💪💪💪💪

Amazing food, granted it's not a 5 star restaurant environment but then again it's not 5 star restaurant prices although the food is a lot better than most high end restaurants. Food is fresh, super tasty and engineered towards healthy clients so you can request whatever combination you require dependant on your goals. Amazing little place tucked out of the way which I travel 20 miles to on a daily basis and I'm a super fussy eater!

Just finished eating here after hearing about it a while a go through a friend. Amazing food and staff and happy to help with anything. There is also a gym next door which I haven't been in yet but it looks top class so will try when I get enough time on my next visit...
