Popped in for a coffee and browse. Coffee shop quite busy which was good to see, staff as welcoming as usual. Staff on shop floor helpful and polite. Good prices if your looking to makeover a room. Happy days.
Without doubt one of the nicest stores, lovely staff, great range of products and the cafe is a real treat. The 'loaded' bacon bap was awesome, with a nice pot of tea, and the mince pie and cream for a quid topped off our visit. The cafe staff in particularwere superb. Disable parking, lift access, and all staff made it a pleasure. Can't raté highly enough. MERRY CHRISTMAS
Love this place. Had never been here but since visiting 2 months ago, I've ended up spending over 600 quid on curtains, furnishings and nik naks. Didn't know they sold such an array of things. I go here for most things now, it's a wonderful shop with pleasant staff who are always on hand to assist
Lots of stock. Free parking for 2 hrs. Staff were polite and friendly which I find very rare in stores now. Toilets were clean which is also rare in other stores.
Well this is a shambles, from the moment of trying to park to the moment of leaving. Terrible access to car park which isn’t signposted to Dunelm. The shop itself looks a bit tired and shabby, lots of empty shelves, products on the floor. General layout doesn’t flow and is very messy. To be honest it doesn’t really make you want to spend any money. Generally a lot of the furniture looks dated and quite expensive. Compared to Dunelm in Coventry or Milton Keynes this definitely isn’t worth a visit.
Nice and easy location to shop with large free car park. Click and collect is easy to do. Lots of stock on site.
Returned rolls of wallpaper in november which was bought in april. No problem the staff were very helpful. Immediate response by email regarding full refund
Very good, helpful staff very pleasant, plenty of choice too had what we wanted in stock all ok.
Great shop with good quality items, maybe a little expensive, but you get what you pay for.
Bargains to be found, very helpful and friendly staff. Great bacon butty and hot chocolate in the cafe.
