HMV have just opened a store in Redditch and I wish to purchase a DVD, normally I would order from Amazon for next day delivery but I want to get it today and would take a trip to your store to purchase, the problem is do you have it in stock, there lies the problem that I cannot check on your site so I go back to ordering from Amazon for next day delivery. Your site states ‘should (note the word, should) be able to collect in 2-3 days’ You are not going to compete with Amazon unless you up your game.
