Fabulous experience at this store. Such a helpful, friendly and knowledgeable sales guy. I can honestly say he went above and beyond to help me purchase the product which was most suitable. Can’t rate Levines at Redditch highly enough! Many thanks for all your help. Would recommend to anyone.
I would give no stars but theres no option to. Shocking customer service ! I’m disgusted with the way this company has treated my father. After 15 months of chasing to get his sofa fixed and being told to seek legal advise he finally got it fixed after myself going directly to the manufacture. Due to the poor customer service my father cancelled a pending order as he didn’t want anything more to do with this company. They deducted 20 percent off of his refund. Unacceptable under the circumstances. Called their complaints department who didn’t want the listen to the circumstances and told me my dad , who is elderly and disabled should have gone to the other branch if he wasn’t happy with the service at Redditch. Why should my father travel to go to the same business to get better customer service. Once I told her I would take the matter to trading standards this lady started shouting saying “you people and your threats. I’m sick of people like you threatening me with trading standards “ she then put the phone down. Not very professional at all . After calling two stores to get this persons job title she then called me back and said she has no job title. Just give trading standards her name. They will know who she is. Clearly this company is reported a lot for her for be on first name terms with trading standards. Be careful with this company the law and their terms and conditions gives them the right to take peoples money not matter what the circumstances. Shame on you levines!
Have not bought from them yet, but after such a pleasant and informative visit today we will be back to order a new bed. They were so helpful we left knowing 100% which bed was best for our needs. I will update this review on completion of our purchase.
Can not recommend this store highly enough. Went in to shop was not hassled in any way. The gentleman was very helpful allowed us to try chairs out. We chose a colour and placed order was delivered by two gentlemen who brought it in to the house not like most who leave it on door step. Fantastic service
New bed arrived Saturday, chaps who delivered where polite, respectful.. Would highly recommen the company, will definitely back to the shop for living room furniture.. Slightly upset that my new bed broke this morning only after a few weeks. But on a positive side I called them first thing this morning explained what happened and the gentleman I'm sorry I don't know your name sorted the new frame out straight away much appreciated..
Can't recommend this company enough. Good choice of furniture to suit every pocket, really helpful and interested staff that keep you up to speed with your order progress. BUT....the best bit for us is how long they stored our furniture for. With our work commitments during the Covid pandemic, we simply were unable to take delivery of our wardrobes that formed part of a major home project that we couldn't start. Levine's stepped up to the plate to help us and have safely stored our furniture for 12 months give or take! What a service! So from the bottom of our hearts, thank you to all in the Redditch branch and the lovely staff at Birmingham that finalised our delivery. Top work you lovely people! See you again soon!
We spent a fair bit of money on a bed, headboard, wardrobe, and set of drawers from Levines. We were told we'd get everything in about 2 weeks. After two weeks, the only thing that had arrived was the bed. We were told there would be a delay on the rest. A few weeks later, we were finally contacted about the drawers and wardrobe. They set up a delivery day/time, and my partner even took the day off work to be there. No one ever showed up or even called. We did not get those pieces until we calling complaining. They then told us the headboard would be an even longer wait. Each time we spoke to them, the wait got longer. They refused to take any responsibility for this and blamed their suppliers. We ended up waiting for FOUR MONTHS for the headboard. We called several times and found it extremely difficult to speak to the manager, who never seems to be in. No one else would help us. Finally, the manager said to my partner that he would discuss a discount after we received the headboard. Guess what? They refused to give us any money back at all. Good customer service would have offered a discount automatically in this situation, but I am shocked that they would not take responsibility for their poor customer service even after we asked. We will never shop here again, and I do not recommend their services! The furniture is decent quality, but not if you want to get it this year! ***update 3 years on—the quality of the pieces from Levines have unfortunately not been as good as we first thought. The mattress very quickly developed springs that poke out with sharp ends, the headboard was supposed to screw onto the bed frame, but the predrilled holes were on the wrong side of the bed so we’ve never been able to affix it. In addition, one of the bed’s built in drawers came off its track irreparably, even though its been used very gently/infrequently.
A great furniture shop with great prices.
