Shocking customer service. Was warned about Wickes’ poor after sales experience but we haven’t even made it to delivery yet.nOrdered a kitchen with my fiancé, when they’re pursuing the purchase of course they are great. We ordered and they told us from now until delivery of said kitchen we can contact them for any adjustments and they’d be happy to facilitate. My partner decided she wanted to make a relatively tiny change by changing a couple of the cupboards to drawers. She originally emailed on the 8th March and is now calling the store daily attempting to get this sorted and every day she gets told someone will call back in the few hours and they never do. Called two different times today to be told we’d get a call a few hours later and obviously no call. We even decided to go into the store and wait for the kitchen sales staff to help us thinking there’s no way this doesn’t get resolved, we managed to catch them as they were busy and the staff acknowledged they’d received her email and promised to send an email to help get these changes done, surprisingly to no one absolutely no email was sent. We can’t order delivery until this is done and we are starting to get close to our builders/fitters booking dates so if this is not sorted soon we risk delayed delivery and no kitchen at all.nShe complained to the store manager last week and that’s clearly done nothing so maybe sharing the experience here will put off othersnnEDIT: Below they replied asked me to use their contact us page. When doing this they said there’s nothing they can do and gave me the number to the store. So rather than help solve it or get in touch with the store their solution is to keep doing what we’ve been trying since March 8th! If not resolved this week order will be cancelled.
This shop is top class in every way. The staff are extremely polite and helpful which let’s be honest is a rarity these days. The layout is lovely and easy to navigate and the isles are super clean. What more can you ask .
Great store. Generally well stocked. Bit more variety than warehouses competition, with the added bonus of being able to physically browse items.
Staff good,prices reasonable, new store looks great.Kitchen displays looks good, just don't buy one. Long delays,poor communication, I know, I'm still waiting for mine to be finished, over 4 Months
Nice store, well stocked and easy to find what you need. I like shopping here — everything is usually well organised and convenient.
