Great parking and pick-up for online orders, problem was I bought 2 sets of different batteries AA and 9v price on display was £8 + £4 respectively but was charged £10+ £5 which is %25 extra???? I noticed straight away and was refunded 5 days approx to be returned to my card.....careful people and watch the prices.
I visited to kill time so had a coffee and a look round. The coffee was very nice and the lad who made it was very personable...then I had a look around the store. I have to say there was so much to see homeware, bedding, electrical, floor coverings, furniture etc and it all looked very good and the prices seemed to be competitive. I ended up buying something. My only negative was the place seemed soulless and utterly depressing. I dont know if it was the lighting or the fact that the place was rammed with stock whatever it was I left feeling that probably wouldn't return without very good reason
Last week called to purchase a knife set which we did £80 plus other items made my way to the tills only find 3 at tills unable to find knife set because they messing about no real urgency no customer skills I myself have worked in retail for 40years =training required urgently I was so disappointed normally enjoy the visit sale lost
The store itself has lots of variety but the cafe needs improvement. It took 30+ minutes for 3 dry jacket potatoes to arrive. Some butter would have been nice. It wasn't even busy but the service was just slow. Kids eat free but apart from the coffee, not worth eating from there.
A fine shop with good range of products, We quickly found the items needed. My special thanks to the ladies who helped me to my feet after I fell in the car park.
