Wanted some fragrance hangers for my Christmas tree. Found a colleague, showed her a photo of product supplied at B&Q. There was no smile just an abrupt NO as an answer and turned away. Very rude

I use B&Q alot recently and never had a bad experience until I had to order something in. The order was incorrect kitchen doors with the incorrect corner post supplied, things happen . I then dealt with Janice store manager who was actually quite rude, getting really defensive considering it was their mess up in the first place and then just hung up on me. Doesn't really help solve my issue. I'd definitely consider training your staff on manners and how the tone of voice effects what people perceive of you.
The new self check outs are a nightmare to use and as always the staff on the checkouts are so rude it’s unbelievable. Most of the staff are fine, but they always seem to put staff at the front of store that have no idea how to be helpful or polite to customers.nDreadful shopping experience!
