Tiny store compared to the many I've been to. Poorly stocked. Terrible customer service. Staff have an awful attitude and are not at all interested in helping you. Will use smaller local businesses. At least they know their products!

Went for some pliers and they had taken everything off the shelfs for new stock but it hadn't come in so there was nothing there

Not impressed. Failed kitchen delivery before Christmas. Had to collect myself. Then told the sink would be delivered in MAY. Totally useless 😠
