Our freezer broke so we rushed out to get another from currys we paid extra to have it delivered early but someone messed up and now we're left without a freezer for over a week that's causing us to spend loads more money on food that we shouldn't have had to pay for, and costing us fuel to got to the shop more often to buy fresh food.
Worst experience I have ever had in retail. Purchased a printer last week that didn’t come with the Startup ink. Come into the store today and they no longer have the printer and even though I have purchased the instant replacement they weren’t prepared to replace and said that they would just refund. Ask if they there was anything that could be done on another printer and the manager got rude and said no he just wanted to offer me an inferior product and than took ages to refund. Wouldn’t even give one star if that was possible.
They won't accept returns any more and 1 staff member was very rood and abrupt to me and my neighbour to whom i was helping as he is a 76 year old pensioner. His attitude STANK. Pity I did not get his name Curry's has gone down the pan
Just returned home after visiting Currys, Keighley. Member of staff, Tony W, couldn't have been more helpful. He took time to check if they had my required item in stock and gave me advice and information. I'd definitely go back to this store.
Not like the old days when you seen something on the shelf you could buy it now its all order, might as well stay home and order online
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When purchasing the laptop we felt like we were disturbing you and an inconvenience. There was problems with the laptop which you saw and agreed. not the 1st time being treated like this here. I have sent all recordings to head office with names that I will not post here of the 2 men dealing with me today. Rude, moody and found it funny when I was getting upset. I will be taking it further and have full 40 mins recording of me stood there while you were nothing but disrespectful.

Ordered online for collection in store. The collection was simple and efficient and the product swiftly collected. Excellent service.
Just been and bought a Vax vacuum. 2 younger members of staff had no idea regarding the product but didn't bother to find out! The third older gentleman used his tablet to look, went and got the display box to show what connections came with the vacuum and it did have the attachments for cleaning that we needed. If it wasn't for him we would not have known. Curries, please better train your staff and if they don't know, have the decency to say and find someone who does!!
Went there to replace our TV. While staff were helpful in getting tv remotes so we could test responsiveness - a number of online reviews have criticised that for some of the models we were considering - the store loses stars for 2 reasons. The first reason is that they seem to not carry stock for a lot of the models they sell, which is annoying because there is nothing to indicate whether what you’re looking at is actually available to take home. It would save a lot of time and aggro if they were up front about this. The second reason is that when my husband mentioned Curry’s price match promise, the member of staff looked visibly annoyed and turned from helpful to grumpy and offhand. That’s not on. Your own company pushes this to discourage people just visiting and then buying cheaper online. So did we buy our TV from this branch? No, we did not. Will we be returning here if we need to make other purchases of white goods, TVs and similar? Also no. It’s probably as quick for us to go to the Burnley branch where they couldn’t be more helpful.
