choose a settee in the store which was a recliner, when it arrived no recliner! phoned the shop and was told the recliner was extra. wasnt told this on ordering. we presumed the recliner in store was the one we were getting, you may think this was mis selling,i couldnt possibley comment ! avoid at all costs.
Just DON'T ordered bedroom furniture in January, told 4-6 weeks 4 months later arrived but wrong . Customer service robots gave excuses about their supplier was to blame. Cut a long story and many calls later arrived August, promised compensation but nothing .buy at you peril.
This company does not even deserve the one star. Nothing but terrible service. I ordered some sofas back in October 2021 and was given a lead time of 12 weeks. We are now in April and there is no sign of my sofas. I have contacted customer services several times only to be given false information and different dates. They use the same sorry excuse and blame the issue on 'covid'. Save your money and go elsewhere. Update **24/09/2022. Sofas arrived in May however my Stainguard insurance policy which I paid several hundred pounds for has still not been set up on the system. Tens of emails later still no joy. Absolute cowboy of a company.
I have been waiting for my furniture for nearly 6 months and still haven't received it! I asked for a refund of £1704.00 and I was told they don't do refunds. Be very careful when purchasing anything from here. Unless you are prepared to give them money without goods. They told me they would receive my goods into their shop in April, they said the same thing in January, February and March.
I ordered and paid for a nest of tables in August to be told they would arrive by 1st October. I thought at the time this was a long time to wait but was persuaded by staff it was normal. Today I have been informed that they are not available and they have not even started working on them so I will have to wait until December. Obviously I am furious! at the time they had me sign a contract that says I cannot cancel them. I think this should be against my consumer rights as I have paid for something that does not yet exist. Watch out for these jokers and go where you can actually buy the goods you see!
Found a great reclining chair we were after all nearly signed up until told another £79 to have it delivered 1/2 a mile got told a load if rubbish about it had to be wired on site hence the cost left and went elsewhere. Bradford delivery free
Bought a 3 seater and a 2 seater a year ago, they're so uncomfortable they've nearly crippled me. If you shop here, go for the well known brands, not the ones the salesmen recommend
Was told 4 weeks delivery. We paid in full and 12 weeks later still no sign of our kitchen furniture. Customer service was very poor over the phone and offered zero assistance and could not say when our goods would be delivered. Also refused to refund our money. I'm sure they are breaking some consumer protection rules by operating in such a matter. Avoid!!
Ordered a corner sofa in April... its now November.. been told possibly December. They have been adding on a month each time. What a jokee !! Unable to cancel order. Asked manager to call 4 times. No call back. Avoid !! Stick to DFS !
No pushy sales person. But when service was needed it was very polite, professional and easy. Sofa arrived within days and delivery was fab all fitted together and all packages taken away. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
