Amazing service all round . I am lying on my new mattress whilst I review this. Sales - Brilliant and knowledgeable. Listened carefully and responded . Encouraged me to lie on your showroom beds. Delivery was above and beyond in a ridiculously tight, double set of return stairways. I really commend them for their skills and fantastic service. A very happy customer here
Really great from start to finish, can highly recommend. Ibrahim in the Keighley store was really helpful when we ordered our mattress and the delivery team were great too. One chap removed his shoes on entering our home and the other put on shoe covers. We had regular contact and updates from Benson's to confirm the order and delivery details, great service.
It was brilliant. Lovely guys delivered the bed. The phone signal is very poor at my property so they may have tried to ring. But the tracking was spot on.
Ibrahim was very helpful & allowed me the time to test all the options. He answered all my questions & made me feel welcomed. I will definitely be purchasing any future products from Bensons. Thank you!
Went to the store last night to have a look around and try out a few beds, great customer service I forget her name but who ever was working at 5pm on the 15th Jan! and let me trial out the adjustable bed with sensors. Had a think that night and ended up ordering online but couldn't fault the in store service, certainly made things a lot easier.
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable store assistant Ibrahim, who guided us through the process of choosing two suitable replacement mattresses. Visited the store one day, purchased the mattresses the following day.
The sales lady in the shop was excellent and very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery men Malc & Ben were perfect, on time, friendly, respectful of our property and very efficient.
Very polite and informative did not rush me into buying or put any pressure on Was shown around and different bus explained professionally before I made my choice
Our assistant Hadiqa was fab fab fab. Very informative, not pushy at all, and left you alone to browse and test out, and was on hand to answer any questions., without being a pain & pushy which I can’t stand. I usually just walk out, but hadiqa was a joy, and I’d definitely recommend her to my friends and family
A really professional job done by both of the delivery team Sarvnas and Paul. They took great care and did everything in a professional and efficient manner.
