Always a good range of pillows and duvets. Some of their bedding can be a bit pricey. Good accessories for bathrooms and kitchenware too. They no longer accept blue light cards which is a shame.
Had to return both items as when I opened them, both had stains. How does that happen! Clearly, there is no quality control in China! There was a queue of 8 people and more joining with 1 person on the six available tills. I asked that he requested more staff and he was very embarrassed, bless him. Eventually someone else joined him
I suppose one Dunelm is pretty much the same as the next. My go to place for bedding and I always visit as late in the evening as possible when the shop is pretty quiet. Always a great selection of homewares, and although I can only really comment on the bedding, generally of very good quality.
Reasonable prices for very pretty but practical homewares. The cafe has good coffee, the coronation chicken jacket potato was the best I have had in a long while. Afternoon tea/coffee scone, cream & jam for £3 was very good value.nWe bought several washable mats for kitchen & bathroom. A beautiful lamp with a huge price reduction. The canvas pictures are beautiful and economical. Staff helpful and friendly throughout the store.
Just went into Dunelm Bromborough. I was looking at waste bins. An employee came over and covered up the discounted price. I asked politely is this no longer available!? I was greeted with a scowl and very poor attitude. It was like I'd asked her to do something extraordinary She was on her phone, whether it was job related or private I wasn't sure. She told me it's still available but the discounted price doesn't start until tomorrow. I just left...bought a better product in Asda for the same money. Obviously this person is not going to gain you any more customers behaving in this manner Good luck
