Awful customer service we have waited over 6 months for them to come back and fit a piece on the sliding wardrobes they installed. Instead they filled with inch of decorators calk which has shrunk back and looks appalling. We have called in and phoned but are still waiting for them to ‘fit the job in’ Fairly priced and good quality materials - but they have really let the overall look and finish down with poor workmanship and not finishing the job properly and as agreed.

Instead they filled with inch of decorators calk which has shrunk and looks awful, I have called in / phoned and every time been told they will fit me in when can but now not even returning my calls STAY AWAY. I left a review on Facebook page which he aggressively responded to calling me a liar ect then turned reviews of on Facebook so they go and nobody else can leave review which says a lot

I am delighted with my new wardrobes, dressing table and bedside tables! Everything was dealt with efficiently, nothing was a problem from start to finish, it was a pleasure dealing with Regal. John came out and measured up and explained exactly what would happen...and it did perfectly! They are busy and I am not surprised as the quality of the wardrobes and fitting is second to none. I cannot recommend them highly enough. It is difficult when you are choosing who to use and bedroom furniture is expensive but I can assure you, they are worth every penny. I had wardrobes built in two rooms, a dressing table in our room, then called them back to build bedside tables which have been built to my specification and they are fabulous! the bedrooms are transformed but the service was amazing and Phil the fitter was exceptional. I don't normally write reviews but I felt I need to do this as I rely on reviews now before any purchase and I believe a recommendation is always better to have. If you want superior furniture at affordable prices with excellent customer service then it has to be Regal. Visit their showroom you can see the quality of finish. Thank you John and Phil, I have already told you personally but I am so thrilled with the work you have done. I will recommend you every day of the week!
