These guys were all smiles when I went to buy carpets for my entire upstairs. They told me that they had the carpet I wanted in their head office and that it'd take 10 days total. Sadly this was a lie, in fact they didn't have it in stock anywhere and it's been 25 days now and still no carpet. In the mean time I'm losing money because I can't move into my new house without any carpets.
