we had new windows and doors fitted in 2008 very satisfied with the work. but now the window handles are loose, one is broke rung up to have it replaced only to be told the handles are only guaranteed for 12 months. it would cost us £25 call out and £7. 50 for the handle. what a cope out when you think how much you use the bathroom window which is the one that is loose. so would not recommend them.

Booked an appointment for 10:00am for a quote on replacing our conservatory. Been waiting for someone to arrive for over an hour. No call to say they will be late. Can't even get through to the sales in bromborough. If they can throw business away like this how are they in business! Absolutely disgusting behaviour!
