If you want a case study of what a store would look like without management, this is it! Staff hanging about the tills giggling, no customer service, people hanging about on their phones. When you finally get what you ordered, don't be surprised if it's covered in black dust. Clearly no housekeeping has been done, and no concern about how the product is presented to the customer. The item I ordered, a watergun, was stuck together with cellotape, clearly not from the manufacturer. This company really needs to get it's act together.

Clueless staff, who didn't seem to know anything about customer service. Mainly stood around looking aimlessly into space. Backlog of customers waiting, with no interaction from staff to explain what the delay was. Wasnt even busy, , god help anyone closer to christmas, may aswell take christmas dinner with you, as you'll probably miss your meal due to the wait. We only wanted a pet carrier, but sadly the pet died while waiting for it.
I had to return a defective product purchased earlier this year. The member of staff who dealt with me was extremely helpful and she arranged for a replacement to be delivered to me the same day. The service was exceptional.
I use to use argos frequently, bit the last few times they either never had any stock or just didn't sell it at all. Today I went to buy a game but they didn't have it stock until after Christmas. I simply went next door I bought it no problem. I also didn't have to wait about waiting for my number to be called.
Absolutely disgraceful attitude from senior staff member PAM who unfortunately for all customers is the STORE MANAGER. I returned with a faulty product after just 2 days along with my proof of purchase, however, this store manager was completely unwilling to fulfill the consumers right to return a faulty product within 30 days. When trying to reason with this manager at the BROMBOROUGH Argos store, she rudely interupted me and told me "You will have to take it to the "manufacturer", despite numerous attempts to explain the consumer rights act, the information just wasn't registering. What a shame for Argos to have such a poor excuse of a manager representing their stores

Wrong Season when trying to buy Shopkins then because I used Love 2 Shop vouchers they said we could not have them back when asked for a refund.
I was in Argos today 8/11 and I was not happy about the service at all all in all I waited nearly an hour from getting g to the till to collecting my stuff the staff all 2 of them didn't want to know the customer service was terrible only the fact I had paid I'd if walked out the shop was very busy due to time of year there was 1person on the tills and 1person trying to serve alot of people that had been waiting before myself, I will not be venturing back into this shop in the near future it was a complete joke
