Ordered blinds two months ago, waited the three week lead time which was fair enough. Guy (whom I later found out was the owner) turned up in a car without steps to reach the top of my window then asked me if I had a set? Then when he opened the box it was the wrong blinds! He fitted them anyway, badly, damaging plasterwork in the process. He was in too much of a rush to do the job properly and didn’t even try to finish the blinds on the day! Didn't hear a thing off them for nearly a month until after Christmas a very nice guy called Andy came and did a great job of putting the previous work his boss had done right, this might have been enough for a three star review but when my partner went to pay in the store, and asked for a reduction for the poor service we had received, the owner offered a £10 reduction on a £400 set of blinds! Would never use them again.

I couldn't be happier with the product and service from Window Shades. First class from start to finish and what they have designed is much more than I had hoped for.

Still waiting for my blinds to be fitted after two months kept phoning but no answer it's like they've vanished off the earth one star just for the choice of fabric was told can't fit of an evening or weekend.

Poor customer service. Forget to turn up to appointments (had to phone them to find out what was happening) don't apologies but quick with excuses then didn't turn up later that evening until after the agreed time when I'm about to put my son to bed (and this was a final measure and purchase visit). If this is their treatment at the beginning of a purchase I would hate to see their product management or after service 😡😡
